Ellie has had several out of town visitors over the last few weeks. First, our cousin Sharon visited. Ellie was only two weeks old. We had a great time. My mom and Sharon even took the night shift with Ellie one night so Chad and I could sleep. Bless them!!! Next, our friend Cheryl came to visit. Cheryl is a dear friend of my parents and like a second mom to me.
Cheryl was great with Ellie. I was able to go get a hair cut and go grocery shopping and not worry at all about Ellie, I knew she was in great hands. She even noticed how much Ellie likes to look out the window when on her changing table, so she left Ellie a surprise gift when she left, a birdfeeder. Now the birds come to the window to eat and Ellie can watch them!
Ellie's next visitors were Linda and Jayson. Linda and my mom have been friends since high school. So Linda used to hold me as a baby. Her son Jayson is the same age as my sister Brandi. We have all been friends forever, and it was great to see them spending time with Ellie. We had such a nice time hanging out together.
